Pam Hafer
PT, DPT, OCS
Pam is a California native who grew up in the Bay Area. She graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis in 2001. Pam then moved to Lake Tahoe where she taught skiing while working in outpatient physical therapy.
Later she returned to Washington University where she received her Doctorate in 2006.
Pam relocated to Summit County and has been with Avalanche since 2013. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and especially loves to assist our community in returning to their active lifestyles. Pam is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and is certified in Level 2 dry needling.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 lovely daughters and husband. You will find her skiing with the family in the winter or mountain biking, hiking and camping in the summer months. She loves to travel and Italy is one of her favorite destinations.
