Amid the COVID-19 situation, we are offering digital, in-home sessions

Due to the growing COVID-19 situation, we had to make the difficult decision this week to close all three of our Avalanche clinics.
We are happy to announce that as of today, we are implementing Telehealth visits for our patients in order to continue providing the best care possible. This option will allow patients – both new and ongoing – to receive and continue physical therapy from a licensed Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapist at Avalanche.
This option is now available to patients on Medicaid or Worker’s Comp. We are working hard to offer this option through Medicare, Federal and Commercial insurance, and we hope to be able to bring that to you as early as next week.
Special discounted cash rates are available to everyone, regardless of what type of insurance you are on. (please call us for more information: 970-668-0888 or email us at aerickson@vsortho.com).
These sessions will take place virtually over FaceTime or Skype, so please ensure your mobile device or iPad is set up properly to begin livestream appointments.
Over these digital sessions, we will be able to conduct initial consults, self-care management over the phone, home exercise programs, post-concussion management, and more!
We recognize that Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy is a necessity for individuals who have had recent surgery, serious injury, or are trying to mitigate chronic pain. At Avalanche Physical Therapy, we are here for you when you need us.
